At Belle Sève, we’re happy to share our products with customers all around the world. Every order is handled with care and shipped as quickly as possible from Ontario, Canada.

Processing Time

Tallow orders are usually packed and shipped within 48 business hours after being placed. We ship every day of the week to keep things moving swiftly.

Our Belle Sève press-on nails are custom-designed and handmade with care. To ensure exceptional quality, please allow 4 business days for production prior to shipping. This processing time applies to all sets and is separate from shipping transit times. Delivery Times & Flat Rates

  • Canada: $10 CAD flat rate — arrives in 4 to 7 business days
  • USA: $12 CAD flat rate — arrives in 4 to 7 business days
  • International: $25 CAD flat rate — arrives in 8 to 10 business days

Free shipping is automatically applied to Canadian and U.S. orders over $69 CAD.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs & Import Fees

Some countries charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping rates. The recipient is responsible for paying these additional costs.
Please note that customs processing may occasionally cause unexpected delays, which are beyond our control.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or your order isn’t as expected, please email support@belleseve.com within 48 hours of receiving it.
Include photos of the packaging and product along with a short description of the issue. We’ll review and reply within 48 hours with a solution.

Address Changes & Cancellations

Please double-check your address before completing your order. If you realize there’s an error, contact us right away at support@belleseve.com.
We’ll do our best to make changes if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
If you’d like to cancel an order that hasn’t been processed, reach out as soon as possible — while we can’t promise cancellation, we’ll try to accommodate your request.
